Bittering Description
One of the CTZ family of hops (Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus), Tomahawk is a high-alpha variety with a pungent, dank, and resinous character. While genetically very similar to Columbus and Zeus, Tomahawk is the trademarked name used by Yakima Chief Ranches. A staple bittering hop in West Coast IPAs.
