Description
Union Jack is a West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade, and Chinook hops. An aggressive dry-hopping regimen creates intense aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, and pine resin. The body is lean and crisp with a firm malt backbone that lets the hops shine, finishing dry and bracingly bitter.
