Bittering Description
A super-high-alpha hop released in 2003 by American Dwarf Hop Association. Summit can exhibit tangerine and citrus notes when used judiciously, but is also known for potentially contributing an onion/garlic character if overused. Best employed as a bittering hop or in small late additions.
