Bred by CLS Farms in the Moxee Valley, Washington, El Dorado offers a distinctive tropical and stone fruit character with a clean bitterness. Its unique watermelon-candy notes make it popular in pale ales and IPAs, and it performs well as both a bittering and aroma hop.
