Formerly known as Hallertau Aroma, Wakatu is a New Zealand-bred hop with German Hallertau parentage. It combines Old World spicy-floral character with a fresh lime twist that is distinctly Kiwi. Popular in pilsners, pale ales, and New Zealand-style IPAs.
